Leia Marie James. [style=text-align: right; font-family: courier new; color: #551033; font-size: 16pt; line-height: 12pt;]info. name: Leia Marie James nicknames: just Leia; dad calls her "Princess" sometimes. Pun absolutely intended. age: 16; April 3rd, 1996 gender: Female sexuality: straight hometown: Tatum, CA occupation: Student member group: high school play-by: Shay Mitchell the secret: "Even though I'm a dancer, and I like to eat extremely healthy, I don't feel like that's enough. I will never be as skinny as I want to be. I hide my bulimia from everyone, even my family." the good: dance, family, studying, listening to music, working out. the bad: feeling like she's fat, how overprotective her brother is, missing a workout, being pressured into doing something she doesn't want to do, overeating. the traits:
|
[/li][li]Pushover:[/i] Similar to being submissive, Leia is a bit of a pushover. She has a hard time saying "no" to anyone, especially friends and family.
[/li][li]Family-Oriented:[/i] Over-protectiveness aside, Leia adores her family, and she would do anything for them. They are the most important people to her, especially Lucas.
[/li][li]Smart:[/i] Leia is extremely smart, and usually pulls As and Bs in her classes.
[/li][li]Busy:[/i] Holy cow, is this girl busy. Between school, rehearsals, workouts, and homework, Leia rarely has time to herself. She can get stressed pretty easily.
[/li][li]Bulimic:[/i] Leia is bulimic, and it's her deepest, darkest secret. Not even Lucas knows about it. If she goes over her daily carb limit, she feels absolutely disgusting, and often gets rid of whatever's in her stomach the hard way.
[/li][li]Caring:[/i] If someone needs a shoulder to cry on, Leia will be one of the first people to volunteer for the job. She doesn't like seeing people upset, and will listen to anyone's problems, even if she can't solve her own.
[/li][li]Stick-In-The-Mud:[/i] Because she's so busy, Leia can be a stick-in-the-mud sometimes, and not want to go have fun until she's done with all of her homework and chores.[/li][/ul]
background: Leia was born on April 3, 1996, and has a mother, father, and an older brother, Lucas. She and Lucas are extremely close, and he's become very overprotective of her, to the point where he's worse than her father when it comes to bringing boys home.
Leia's always been interested in dance, ever since she was a little girl. She was in tot dance classes, and soon began to excel at ballet. She could dance just as well as kids twice her age, and she fell into her role with grace. She adores being on stage and dancing for the audience.
However, attaining a dancer's body is no walk in the park for Leia. She constantly feels like she's not skinny enough, and she goes to desperate measures to get the results she wants. She works out obsessively, eats extremely healthy, and has even contracted bulimia to try to be as skinny as possible. It's something she hides from everyone.[/style]

Beth finished her chores, and decided to go to Starbucks for the second time that weekend; Beth's stepfamily wouldn't be returning from their vacation until later that night, and she was taking advantage of her free time to meet up with Grant like they agreed to. She was genuinely excited to meet him, and her hands were trembling as they pulled open the door. Beth walked up to the counter and smiled at the barista.
"Good afternoon, what can I get for ya?" The barista asked Beth, a glowing smile on her face.
Beth didn't need to look at the menu; she was a frequent Starbucks customer. She liked to sit outside on the patio and watch people walk by, or she'd read a book in the warm sun.
"I'll have a Venti Strawberries and Creme Frappuccino and a slice of Banana Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake, please." Beth said, a friendly smile on her face. It was her usual order, and it never ceased to make her mood pick up. The barista gave her total, and Beth handed over the money for her drink and food. She stood to the side of the counter as she waited for her order, and she zoned out when she noticed her favorite person: the reason why she called Grant in the first place.
He always sat right by the window, and he was always lost in whatever book he was reading. His charming good looks and engrossed look on his face always swept Beth off her feet. She didn't even know his name.
"One Strawberries and Creme Frappuccino and Banana Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake!" Another barista called out, presumably for the second or third time. Beth snapped back to reality, thanked the barista for the food, and walked outside. She set her food down on her favorite table, and she pulled her book, The Great Gatsby, out of her purse. The sun warmed her skin as she read, taking a delicious sip of her drink. She inadvertently started humming one of her favorite hymns, Down In The River To Pray, as she read her favorite book for what had to be the fifteenth time.
Her focus was broken when a shadow appeared at the table, and Beth looked up to see who was standing by her.[/style]
